SALAR DE UYUNI 2006 - THE MOVIE

Como ya anunciamos la semana pasada, ya está aquí “Salar de Uyuni 2006 – The Movie”. Tal y como indica su nombre, se trata de una película en la que se resumen los momentos más interesantes del viaje. La película esta dividida en 9 capítulos que podéis bajar haciendo clic en cada link. Estos vídeos están en baja resolución para que sean menos pesados de descargar. Próximamente pondremos un link a la película completa en alta resolución para aquellos que les interese (y que tengan una conexión de Internet rápida). Esperamos que disfrutéis viéndolos.

As we announced last week, “Salar de Uyuni 2006 – The Movie” is here. As you can probably guess from the name, it’s a film where we tried to show the most exciting moments of our trip. The movie is divided into 9 episodes that you can download by clicking on the appropriate link. These videos have been posted in low resolution to make them easier to download. We will soon be posting a link to the whole movie in high resolution for all those who would like to watch it (and have a fast internet connexion). We hope you enjoy them.

Aquí hacemos una presentación de lo que es la película, quienes somos los protagonistas y damos una breve pincelada de lo que fue el viaje.

PART 2 – ‘CHE’ GUEVARA THE LANDCRUISER DIARIES (4.4 MB)
En éste capítulo mostramos los momentos más interesantes de nuestra visita al mausoleo del Che en Vallegrande y al pueblecito de La Higuera donde fue tenido preso.
In this episode we show you the most interesting moments of our visit to Che’s mausoleum in Vallegrande and to the small village of La Higuera where he was held prisioner.

PART 3 – ON THE ROAD (4.6 MB)
La mayor parte de nuestro viaje lo pasamos viajando a bordo de nuestros todo-terreno Toyota Landcruiser. Eso es exactamente lo que podréis ver en este video.
Most of our time on this trip was spent travelling in our 4x4 Toyota Landcruisers. And that’s exactly what you’re going see in this video.

Uno de los momentos destacados del viaje fue cuando nos adentramos en las oscuras y estrechas galerías de una de las minas del famoso Cerro Rico de Potosí.
One of the highlights of the trip was stepping into the dark and narrow galleries of one the mines at the famous Cerro Rico in Potosí.

PART 7 – SALAR DE UYUNI (8.5 MB)

Creo que este video resume bastante bien el ambiente que se vivió durante todo el viaje. Además es la oportunidad de hacer la despedida y de dar las gracias a algunas personas.
I think this video sums up pretty well the atmosphere in the group throughout the whole trip. It’s also a chance to say goodbye and to thank a few people.
