rini's notes day 10

No big drama in this last day, just going home.
There was nothing worth to visit in Oruro, so we packed our bags and went directly to Cochabamba. Before entering the Cochabamba city, we stopped for lunch at Quillacollo, recommended by Kathe. A pretty laid back atmosphere restaurant, nice weather, we ate in the garden.
After lunch we drove to the airport. We unloaded all our stuff from the cars. We checked in 24 pieces of bags and boxes. Javier talked the Aerosur girls into passing our 4 kg excess baggage. Good job, Javi! Then we hang out in the airport cafeteria.
Hugo and Edu brought the cars to the gas station to get the tank filled and get the cars washed. The cars were then left in the airport parking lot to be picked up later by Hertz personel. We would deal with Hertz about the cars later in Santa Cruz.
It took only an hour flying from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz. We arrived in Santa Cruz at 9pm.
The end of our adventure. A lifetime memory.
